BCT24157D是一款高集成,开关型,高效率,大电流,锂离子电池充电管理控制芯片。集成了1MHz同步降压PWM控制器和功率MOSFET,有效地降低了充电的功率损耗。

The BCT2601 is a battery charger and power path management device with integrated converter and power switches use with 1-cell Li-Ion, Li-polymer batteries. It is capable for fast charging and supports a wide input voltage range suitable for smart phones, tablets and portable systems.
The BCT2601 includes four main power switches: input reverse blocking FET (RBFET, Q1), high-side switching FET for buck or boost mode (HSFET, Q2), low-side switching FET for buck or boost mode switching (LSFET, Q3) and battery FET (BATFET, Q4).
The BCT2601 is USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 power specifications compliant with input current and voltage regulation. It also meets USB On-The-Go (OTG) power rating specification.
The BCT2601 system voltage is regulated slightly above the battery voltage by the power path management circuit and is kept above the programmable minimum system voltage (3.5V by default). Therefore, system power is maintained even if the battery is completely depleted or removed.
The BCT2601, available in QFN-4×4-24L package, provide a very compact system solution external components and PCB area.

The BCT1451 is a high frequency, synchronous Buck converter with integrated switches. It can deliver up to 600mA to the output over a wide input voltage range of 5V to 42V. It is suitable for various industrial or automotive applications with high input voltage or for power conditioning from unregulated sources. Moreover, the low 14µA quiescent current and ultra-low shutdown current of only 0.6µA make it a suitable choice for battery-powered applications.
BCT1451 features high efficiency over a wide load range achieved by scaling down the switching frequency at light loads to reduce switching and gate driving losses. Other features include internal compensation, internal monotonic soft-start even with pre-biased output and fast loop response thanks to the peak- current mode controller. Switching at 1.2MHz, the BCT1451 can prevent EMI noise problems, such as the ones found in AM radio, ADSL and PLC applications.
Protection features include current limiting and short- circuit protection, thermal shutdown with auto recovery and output over-voltage protection. Frequency fold-back helps prevent inductor current runaway during startup.
